Participating with a group of coworkers for 2 or 3 days in the construction of homes or classrooms in a community is an enriching experience. In addition to construction work, volunteering includes integration activities that encourage teamwork, promote leadership among employees, cultivate a sense of social responsibility and strengthen cohesion among collaborators from different areas.
By joining forces, students and teachers can raise funds for the construction of houses and collaborate together on their construction. They will actively participate in the construction for 2 or 3 days, forming part of a representative group of the school.
